How to refer
Follow this simple 3-step process to begin your referral journey.
Refer a friendTell your friends, family and neighbours about London Base. They can learn more about becoming a host on our website, or simply contact us for more details.
When your friend enquires with our New Homes team, ensure they mention your name so they can enjoy their complimentary photoshoot and home setup.
Once your friend's home is live and available for guests to book, we will send you your reward which you'll receive after their first booking.
London Base homes are located in desirable London neighbourhoods where guests from around the world typically request to stay.
This includes central London locations such as Belgravia, Knightsbridge and South Kensington, as well as wider residential areas including Clapham, Richmond and Wandsworth that are increasingly in demand.
*Terms and Conditions apply. Offer is applicable to London hosts only, however hosts can refer homeowners in both London and Paris homes. Offer can not be combined with any other offer. All referral rewards are subject to the referred host signing up to London Base, providing at least 30 days of availability and receiving a booking within 90 days of their listing live date. The referred host must not have previously enquired with London Base or be registered as a London Base host. All referral fees (rewards) are settled after the referred host's first booking (at their home) has completed.
